How you join our team

Meet our People Team in a short video call. We are not looking for perfect answers, but honest exchange. We want to feel whether we are heading in the right direction together.

03 Technical conversation

Meet the hiring team to talk about your experience and ideas. We explore how you can bring your strengths to Caspar and how we can support you.

04 Small project

Depending on the role, you receive a small task to prepare at home or on site. If you apply to one of our tech teams, a live coding session is part of the process. This helps us understand how you approach challenges and gives you a real look at our work.

05 Team round

In the final step, you meet potential colleagues. You get a feel for the people you will work with, and we get to know you.

06 Your offer
